I. Introduction

This page explains the agreement between Be Entertained Agency (“the Agency”) and you (“the Client”).
When you book with us, you agree to follow these terms.


II. What We Offer

We provide entertainment services. These include live performances, event hosting, and talent bookings.
For each event, we’ll send you a separate agreement or invoice. This will include details like the date, time, location, and special requests.


III. Booking and Payment

To confirm a booking, you must either sign a contract or pay a deposit.
Full payment is due at least five days before the event. However, if we agree in writing, we may allow a different payment schedule.


IV. Cancelling a Booking

Please send all cancellations by email to holly@beentertained.co.uk.

  • If you cancel 14 days or more before the event, we won’t charge extra. That said, deposits are not refundable.
  • If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, you must pay the full fee.
  • In some cases, such as natural disasters or legal issues, we may cancel without penalties.

V. What You Need to Do

To help your event go smoothly, please:

  • Give us accurate information.
  • Make sure the venue meets our technical needs.
  • Get all required permits or licenses.

These steps help us deliver the best experience for you and your guests.


VI. Performer Changes

Although rare, a performer might not be able to attend.
If this happens, we’ll try to send someone else. If we can’t, we’ll refund you fully.


VII. Safety and Respect

We take safety seriously. Our staff must feel safe and respected at all times.

If a performer feels unsafe or disrespected, they can leave immediately. You won’t receive a refund in that case.
You must provide a private and secure place for performers to change. If that space is missing or not disclosed, they may also leave without penalty.

To prevent this, communicate clearly with us before the event.


VIII. Performer Exclusivity

You agree not to contact our performers directly for future bookings.
Instead, all communication and bookings must go through the Agency.
If you don’t follow this rule, we may take legal action or charge a penalty.


IX. Weather Issues

Bad weather may affect your event.

If the event is canceled due to weather, and you didn’t cancel in time under Section IV, you still need to pay the full fee.
Even so, we’ll do our best to offer a backup plan. If no option works, the full payment still applies.


X. Media and Promotion

We may use event photos or videos for marketing.
However, if you prefer not to be included, please let us know before the event.


XI. Liability and Insurance

We’re not liable for injuries, damage, or losses unless we caused them through serious neglect.
You agree to cover any claims, property damage, or legal issues from your event.


XII. Force Majeure

Sometimes, events outside our control stop us from working.
These include illness, natural disasters, or legal restrictions.
If this happens, we won’t be held responsible.


XIII. Confidential Information

We respect your privacy.
We won’t share booking details unless required by law.


XIV. Legal Details

This agreement follows English law.
If legal action is needed, it must go through courts in England.
